"Really nice spacious room, friendly staff and a wonderful evening meal. Parking is a short walk away in a secure underground car park, if you have a super low slung car best to leave it in the open car park up top as the ramp is quite steep. Very welcoming staff"

"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. We stayed in a suite with the whole family, and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the queen bed was...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with local tourism information. The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking). Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee. Overall, it was a calm and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning someday."
