「We love the hotel and location but had a terrible experience on this occasion. Our room was on the top floor next to the exhaust/extractor for the kitchen which was incredibly loud and went on to after 11pm. When we complained about the noise , the staff knew straight away without needing to visit the room what the cause of the noise was . If that is the case, I don’t think they should put customers in the room (8).
We asked to cut our stay to one night and the manager helpfully agreed to...

「I had a great time staying in this place. Really nice location. Awesome amenities. I was able to do a much needed load of laundry in the middle of a long trip throughout the UK.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the WiFi in the flat didn’t work (we were given an alternative that worked some of the time) and we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV (apparently there was a 2nd remote that we couldn’t find). Outside of those two things everything else was amazing. Would book this...
