“Stayed 1 night in room 1, twin room on ground floor. All looked quite new, super clean with great facilities. Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. ”
“Beautiful pub with great wine choices and amazing authentic Spanish tapas. Really nice decor and cute outdoor space. We stayed in the pub too and the room was clean and spacious. Tastefully decorated. Great location for gigs in Hammersmith. Just a short bus ride away. Loads of breakfast options nearby. ”
“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……
“Very close to Wandsworth Town train station.
The staff there are very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is included which tastes good.
Price-to-quality ratio is pretty good.”
“Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value.”
“We came down as I was running a 50k ultramarathon on the 14th. The apartment was stunning and it felt like a home away from home! Super clean, cosy and comfortable! Access via the app was amazing! The only downside was it was incredibly noisy between 2200-0100hrs with other hotel guests shouting and banging in the corridors. ”
“The flat was perfectly adequate for our needs and its location was ideal. Safe, clean, with good services close by, good transportation. Overall, it made our London experience very pleasant. ”
"We lived in this hotel in 2023 summer, we loved it as the rooms were cozy and provided good breakfast.
So we decided to come back again in 2025, the receptionist lady was rude and we were being told that we reserved the " budgeted room" in the front desk. We reserved the standard room!!!
The staffs there are generally not helpful. I sent email to them for confirm the bookings, nearly no reply.
We loved the breakfast provided in 2023, but the food now are not fresh with limited variety. Some customers complaint to the manager there.
We were disappointed about the services provided. "

Although Mercure is new renovated, I saw a group of insects gathering at a corner of the ceiling. Anyway, they rapidly arranged another room for us. Overall, their hygiene is fine in acceptable."
"Room is small but is big enough to open my luggage. Bathroom is terrible small I don't think it big enough for a man. Breakfast only some toss, you have better choices outside. Staffs are excellent even not everyone with smile. Anyway I like here !!"
