“There was a slight issue when we checked in as the information folder containing wifi codes etc was missing. But this was quickly resolved by contacting the owners, who were friendly and responded quickly to messages. Overall the accommodation was great, spacious and very quiet. But at the same time close to local facilities and transport. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.”

“I did ring Tina regarding a couple of things and she was pleased to get feed back.
For example no blue bags to put dirty linen in . The cottage was decorated inside and out for Halloween and as older adults did not want to look at them inside the cottage didn't mind outside.
I have recommended the cottage to family in same village for visiting family and friends.”

“Everything was spot on: clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful garden to use too. The hosts, Jon and Sara were lovely with plenty of helpful hints, advice and general information. I would certainly recommend!”

“The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell.
Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. The automated wooden gates provide access to private and ample parking, and the property is surrounded by open fields. Just outside the cottage there is a wooden table positioned to take in the……

“Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed .
Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth.
Apartment very well equipped and modern .
Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ?
Will certainly be back again 😊”
