“Started with the valet service, which was awesome because I did not want to drive around and try to find parking. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is super cool and trendy and the staff was awesome. They were complementary cocktails that I left in the picture which were better than average and the location was perfect walking distance to everything. Can’t wait to stay here again.”

“When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It……

“I was here for a exhibition in San Diego Convention Center. Good: The location of this hotel is excellent, lots of cafes and restaurants in the neiborhood, supermarket is also not far. The employee are well trained, very hospital. I'd like to thank David for his extraordinary services that makes me feel like at home. During my 3 days stay, he helped me several times of different issues, each time he is very polite, patient and solved my issues efficiently. Bad: Noise (tram, police car) from……
