"Our family of 9 adults all stayed at the hotel for my grandaughter's wedding in Salem. Staff were extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The TV in our booked room didn't work, so the staff moved us to an upgraded room, king suite. We ended up having the reception at the hotel (not planned). The restaurant was fabulous for this. All our wedding activities ended up at the hotel because it was so nice. Wonderful!!! We will stay here every time we visit Salem."
