「Brand new hotel, clean room, quiet location, well-lit parking lot.」

「It was friendly and helpful when needed. Friendly staff.」

「Nice location. Pay attention to unloading zones because it can get tricky. Valet in the hotel is convenient.」

「Scammers; they refuse to refund money for a room that was never provided.」

「The room is kinda old. In addition, the crew reminded that smoking in the room is NOT allowed. However, I smelled the strong smoke when getting in the room. Obviously, someone had smoked in the room. 」

「Very quiet and clean.」

「Everything seemed nicely kept and the front desk staff we very helpful.」

「High quality service and rooms」

「清潔、安靜及治安良好！」

「熱水太小」

「Outside and lobby were nice. My room had mold in the bathroom, giant crack in the TV, missing cabinets, not clean. Second room had an active leak, wet carpets, a spilled vodka bottle under the bed and an AC that didn't work. 0/10. Guy at the front desk was wonderful and understanding but was left alone with no actual management available to fix anything or process our refund for a full 6 days. Do not stay here.」
