“Check in was easy, the home was clean. Couldn’t find any bath towels and had to use a hand towel to dry off with. Not a big deal but if ownership could make them more accessible or give the next tenant a heads up that would be helpful. The house kind of has a kitty litter smell to it. Not dirty kitty litter, and not a cat or urine smell, but it smelled like fresh Tidy Cat. Again, the property was clean, but I couldn’t help but the overwhelming kitty litter smell.”

“Easy check in, snacks and water were a nice touch and much appreciated. This was my first experience with VRBO or any other platform like it. The house was pretty clean overall and the electric fireplace was great given that the first night was in the low 20s. Good communication from the owner as the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t on when I arrived and the freezer had defrosted. For my 2 night stay there was only one wash cloth and no hand towel. I didn’t spend more time than sleeping and getting……

“Our family had plenty of space in this townhouse, which was clean and spacious. The rooftop deck was fun. We appreciated having off street parking. Host was very helpful with access issues and other questions. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were just right for our family. Note - no bathroom on the main floor. Accessibility to the house and bedrooms could be an issue - all steep steps. ”
