「Our room size was perfect for our family of 5! The option to close the door to the bedroom was great for letting the older kids stay up later! The kids enjoyed the pool!」

「The location is good. The staff that I dealt with was helpful, pleasant and friendly. The one issue was at checkout. There was no one at the front desk but I could hear someone in the back (of the desk area that is not visible to guests). After waiting a couple of minutes, I shouted back, “Is anyone working the front desk?” The talk in the back continued. The line got longer waiting for service. I repeated my question, loud enough to be heard two more times. I left furious over the incident....

「There was old partially eaten food in the room’s refrigerator; there was a used wrapping for soap in the bathtub, the toilet would not flush properly and the family in the next room was noisy. Nevertheless less, I had a much needed solid night’s sleep」
