There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. “This hotel says that it is a 4 star but it is not. We encountered several issues whilst staying there. Hotel issues: - The electrics in the room were problematic. The light switch would turn on/off another light in a completely different part of the apartment. This was extremely frustrating and was known about when they showed us the room. It became unsafe when using the shower and suddenly pitch black. The plugs were also not quite right. - The sliding door in bathroom is incredibly……

“Amazing location right next to Sliema Ferry station with a breathtaking view of Valletta. The apartment was well-equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We got access to an outdoor pool at Manta Beach Club just across the street, which was also quite nice, even though we could not use it due to the weather. I would definitely recommend this place and would return any time.”
