“A true hidden gem! I’ve tried many 5 star hotels around Europe, but this one.. This one is honestly in a different league above the others. I really felt welcome here and taken care of. From the very first walk in, where the staff offered a welcome drink in the bar while checking in, to the restaurant where you have your own table throughout your stay. Here, you are not just handed over your room key and told where your room is. No, here the lovely staff will walk you to your room while……

“Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast”

“Everything excellent except there was no A/C. It is 100% needed. It get very hot in Summer.”

“The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet little village, which made the stay very relaxing. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get food and other necessities. The check-in was a little confusing. The reception is at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the sign indicating where to check in was quite small and I initially missed it. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier.”

“Alles super, kommen gerne wieder!”

“Very helpful staff”

“In front of a skiing equipment rental store, and easy to get a bus to Stubaital mountains”

“Great service, beautiful property. Worth spending significant time.”

“Lovely place to explore the area from”

“Great spa and had a nice dinner at the restaurant! There was amazing views of the mountains. Lady at the desk and server was nice and provided great service as well.”

“The room with balcony is good and comfortable. The front desk staff is not always there, maybe you have to wait. ”
