Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, it felt totally secluded and peaceful, yet we were minutes from everything.The patio was a favorite spot for morning coffee with an amazing view. The shower was easily one of the best we had all trip—strong water pressure, plenty of hot water, and the kind of experience that makes you consider redoing your own bathroom. "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
