"Check in was a breeze, front staff was fantastic the entire stay. Breakfast plentiful and good. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating, especially since we travel with our two small doxies. Pet relief area was kept clean and bags available at two spots. Best location in Blue Ridge. We will definitely return "

"Emily is a gracious host and has curated this cabin for an amazing stay - even decorated for Christmas. Our family of 10 enjoyed every amenity from the fire pit (and stocked s’mores kit) to pickleball, disc golf and more. The kitchen was well-stocked allowing us to have a belated Christmas dinner as a family. Big thumbs up from our clan!! "

Our boys enjoyed the game space downstairs, keeping them busy the entire stay. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. It was definitely a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to go back! "

"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "
