They had the roughest tow

Spacious place and nice beds. The location was good as it's walkable distance to many areas. Many convenience stores, grocery stores and even drugstore close by. Checking in required a video call to a staff but checking out was easy and quick.

Will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Fukuoka. Location was perfectly located above the Tenjin Airport line station, with an elevator that takes you directly from hotel lobby to the subway basement level, with the train station turnstile conveniently located within 100ft, so even if you have lots of luggage to haul around it's not an issue. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was amazing and staffs were friendly and incredibly helpful. We had purposely left some of our old clothing behind because we couldn't fit everything into our luggage, they actually reached out asking whether we had forgotten stuff at the room. That's a first for us. This level of service is on another level. The only minor downside is there isn't a loading area to the hotel for passenger/private/rental vehicles, you will have to off load in the hotel loading bay in the back of the building. And parking will just have to be at a nearby public lot. But a complete non issue if you're taking the train. Definitely staying here again for our return to Fukuoka
