"Room was clean. Staff was good, room service was great. My biggest complaint is that the pool was freezing! The spa was not at all hot or warm, still cold and dirty. Smelled disgusting. The whole pool area was cold even exiting the pool by the gym was cold! Got the hotel for the kids to swim but I wouldn’t get for this reason again. "

"Comfortable room for 5 of us. You have to prebook the shuttle to the airport, which we didn’t know prior to arrival. All worked out and we were able to book when needed, but at very busy times you might want to call ahead of time. "

"My only irritation was the fact that there was no parking and I had to park in the back of the building and then I couldn’t get into the hotel from the back of the building, but had to walk all the way around to the front side, so y’all were full and there was no parking so it would be great. Y’all have that deck area out there. I don’t know why you don’t allow that door to be opened and let people come in the back door now you would need some steps as well, but that’s just my thoughts. "
