Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!

Hot tub was not hot enough and our keys kept not working, trapping us in the stairwell and forcing us to walk outside around the building and back to the lobby for new keys. This happened multiple times and the front desk clerk was not polite or apologetic.

Thermostat was turned off and it was not clear there was even a separate thermostat. I just got in my room late at night after traveling all day, and after waiting outside at the airport in the cold for like 20-30 minutes, I arrive to a cold hotel room. I tried adjusting the controls on the unit itself, but they were unresponsive. I was so tired at this point and had all my stuff in my room that I didn’t want to deal with the process of changing rooms in the middle of the night, so I just tried to sleep in my clothes and wrap myself in blankets. It didn’t go well, I slept poorly and overslept. Missed breakfast. Had no time to even take a shower before having to check out. I went to the desk and explained my poor experience and all she had to say was that I should have figured it out last night and there’s nothing that can be done now. I just wanted to walk into my hotel room and go to sleep. Not fiddle with multiple hvac control panels. Now I am unrested, unshowered, hungry, had my intelligence insulted, and even the maid walked into my room before my designated check out time. All in all, horrible experience, I would have had a better nights sleep in my car outside in the parking lot. Would not recommend and will not return. I understand there was a way the problem could have been fixed, but you’re expecting your guests to put in too much effort so you can save 25 cents on electricity.

I thought this was a definite five stars - until I went to breakfast... I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the last 50 years, but this breakfast, for me, was probably the worst. I searched in vain for anything that was remotely healthy: milk. They did have milk. Everything else was sugary and/or white flour. No fruit - not even an apple or banana. They had something that looked like whole grain bread, but was actually just caramel colored. BTW, the rest of my experience was really good!

This property had a high rating and we were expecting our normal Wyndham property experience. Check in staff was somewhat rude and was not helpful. The room was on the 2nd floor and the furnishings were very very rundown and in desperate need of updating. The carpet was dinghy and the floor made so much noise when you walked across the room. Locks were loose on the door. I did not feel safe and the wall paper was falling down in the bathroom. Overall I’m upset I wasted my Expedia points on this property. Beware. It looks ok from the outside but is not great inside.

The first room I was given had no working lights in the bathroom, or living area, so I was given another room. The inside of the room could use a freshening up…paint, and simple repairs. Breakfast was literally a bunch of pastries, some oatmeal, waffle choice….not very healthy or option friendly.

The hotel was very busy. There were several others checking in at the same time, I was, and the front desk clerk seemed distracted, but was efficient. The room was okay. The bathroom door touched the shower curtain rod, and the shower curtain was too long, but not wide enough. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was sparse with only bread items and cereal available.
