Interior features tile flooring, living room flat screen TV, full line of appliances, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and central A/C. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master bedroom and a private bathroom, Guest bedroom as 2 twin beds that can be pushed together as a king. Master bedroom with sliding glass door provides access to a balcony, flat screen TV and private full bath. Downstairs features outdoor shower, access to storage room and covered parking. Additional amenities include in home FREE WIFI, basic cable, gas grill, bait freezer an assortment of bicycles.
