As the day dawns over Pine Channel and the spectacular sunrise greets you each morning it will be hard to decide where to have your first cup of coffee, the screened in porch or perhaps the L shaped dock with your boat secured and ready for a day of fishing, diving/snorkeling or exploring the Atlantic and Gulf waters. The dock has a fish table and running water to clean your catch when you return from the beautiful Keys waters.
Relax by the brand new 15x25 pool and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico while sipping a cold margarita.
This Gulf front stilt home with deep water access is a perfect getaway for up to six people (2 per bedroom). Exceeding this limit without the owner's permission will cause immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds. You can bring your kayak,(or use the ones on site) hobby or windsurfer and enjoy the warm sunshine, tropical breezes and beautiful clean water right in your front yard.
Boating access is unsurpassed, only minutes to American Shoal and the reef with Looe Key Marine Sanctuary or if you prefer the back country, Contents Key and world class fly fishing are all nearby.
The cement L shaped dock can keep your boat secure during your stay. Kayaks, available one single and one double.
Tropically decorated, this three bedroom two bath house is uniquely designed. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has two twins. The house has central AC.
The fully furnished kitchen has an icemaker on the refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, blender, and 12 cup auto-drip coffee maker. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom closet for your convenience. Wireless internet service is included. Grocery shopping, marinas, boat rentals, and restaurants are minutes away. Key West, a twenty-seven mile drive, offers unique shops, gourmet restaurants, exciting nightlife and a touch of history.

Living Room: Flat screen TV. Kitchen: Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Iron and ironing board.
Screened Porch: 892 sq ft with seating and dining and beautiful sunrise views.
Supplies: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath. We do not supply laundry soap.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.
