“Very Nice”

“Property and restaurants were very nice. Room was terrible, very difficult to shut doors, shower water temperature would go from extremely cold to extremely hot without adjusting, we reached out the first day we were here and no one ever responded back over our 4 day stay, so never had a decent shower. We did not receive any compensation. Would not stay here again.”

“Room wasn't ready at 4. We had a hard day and we both are handicapped. They asked to switch us to another room that was ready and comparable. I asked if still ocean view and they said yes. Got to room, NO OCEAN VIEW!! Only view was of courtyard. We were too tired to ask to be moved again. We were very upset as this was a special trip and had not seen each other in 40 yrs!”

“Close to the beach and town. Walked to everything. Rooms were great and they had all the goodies needed for the beach. Chairs, ice chest, wagon and Ice. ”

“The breakfast menu and buffet were very good. The gentleman who prepared the fresh omelets was amazing. He did a great job. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning services were exceptional. They took pride in making sure our room was clean and stocked. The only downside to my visit was waiting an hour and a half for our luggage to be delivered to our room. ”

“Parking is a big issue especially if you drive a pickup. Signs everywhere don't park here.They're waiting for you to screw up so they can have your vehicle towed. Certainly no way to treat customers who are trying to have a stress free vacation!”

“If you’re looking for a laid back option within walking distance to the beach and village it is a convenient place to stay. The room amenities are very limited so make sure you come prepared. ”

“We booked 2 rooms, the hotel is nice and clean, good location near waffle house & whisky Joes. Breakfast was good, the hotel looks like it has been renovated, at least the bedrooms, the bath not much, overall for the price paid is very good.. i did see a small roach in my br the last night :(”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”
