"The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. "Rooms arrangements was unacceptable. Reservations was made for 2 rooms but was assigned to 21 & 12 floors which required a different access cards. Such arrangements created significant inconvenience for my elderly parents who needs assistance. This set up made it difficult to support them and caused unnecessary stress for our stay. Your staff gave reasons as too many tour groups over weekend that made reservations 2 months in advance. My reservation was made 3 months in advance. "
