“Our favorite hotel in Cape Town. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel--and I've traveled a lot! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We always feel so at home here. Love it!”

“very good very nice”

“The hotel in general is okay. However, I stayed there for 8 nights, and breakfast was the same each morning. Also, tooth brush, toothpaste, shaver, comb etc were not provided. While it is good for the environment, it would be inconvenient for visitors like me who was there for business.”

“Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.”

“This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. We were celebrating our honeymoon and were so thoughtfully treated to a room upgrade, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates, and so many other lovely little touches throughout our stay. It truly made……

“I have to say the whole place excelled. Our room was lovely and the estate was beautifully kept. Dinner and breakfast were also excellent. The service was the best - attentive and provided with a smile. The cherry on the cake were the wild owls in the tree outside reception. Brilliant. Many thanks we had a lovely time.”

“要注意一下，整個園區內有多家飯店，我們跑錯停車場後，跑錯櫃檯，才發現自己去到同園區內的不同飯店。 整體都非常不錯，但希望招牌”

“酒店可以見到桌山，附近碼頭景色漂亮，步行去V&A wharf shopping mall非常方便。”
