"Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! "

"This is a well cared for and uniquely personalized place to stay; a lot of attention to details, a lot of art and decoration throughout: a personal labor of love —and it shows everywhere. Every comfort and welcoming touch is attended to. We felt it was a welcoming gem of a place. "

"The consensus of our entire group (three adults) was that the house exceeded our expectations. The property is located in a delightful rural area but close enough to town to access the grocery store and restaurants. One member of our group was attending a convention at the Feather Falls Casino and it was an easy drive back and forth. We enjoyed evening walks to the trailhead parking lot and a day walk on the Brad Freeman Trail to the train tunnel. The house is comfortable and is well stocked...

"This home was our first stop on a 5 major league baseball stadiums tour through California. Being within walking distance of where the A's are playing this year was such a treat. Ernesto was a great host, very communicative, and accommodated a special request we had. I'd highly recommend this stay for a small group!;"

"Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. "

"The property was fabulous, for some reason i didn’t get the instructions on how to get in. Don't get me wrong, i was called within 30 minutes, but man was i stressed out. The place was clean and quiet. It suited our needs 100%"
