「Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc. Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful. Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅」

「This apartment had a great vacation, short walk to the Beatles story, great restaurants, museums, and the Royal Harbor, in the kitchen was a small washing machine for smaller loads of clothes, including a drying rack as well as fans in the closet. This was convenient! There were four breakfast places that were within 50 to 100 yards. It was a wonderful stay and the beds were comfortable. The placed us in a two bedroom unit. The price was wonderful! Thank you so much!」

「The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...
