"This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. "I came here with my wife at the end of August, and I had an amazing time. I wish I booked for longer as the nature, Onsen, food, and service were beyond imagination. Even though Niseko is known for skiing, I think it's worth coming here in the summer or off season. I arrived to Kutchan Station where a driver picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Immediately, I noticed the excellent service and attention to detail that was above my experience compared to other hotels in Hokkaido. Due to it being an off season, I had the whole Onsen to myself! The room is very spacious and has everything including a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and a walk out balcony. Even the slippers were so nice so I ended up buying the same brand later on my trip! For breakfast there are fruits, juices, and breads that you can grab. I was surprised that you choose a menu for breakfast and they had a Japanese and Italian option. We both went with Japanese and the fish was delicious! It comes many side dishes too! "
