“My 2 day stay was good. Everything was close by. But the bed was very uncomfortable, the fridge smell liked fish. They did come clean it but the scent came back. The pillows were terrible but they did give us 2 new better fluffier ones. Other than that it was good.”

“We had a great stay at Watson’s Regency Suites. The location was perfect — close to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a family weekend. The suite was spacious, clean, and very convenient for traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and parking being included was definitely a plus in Ocean City. “The hotel was charming. Beautiful setting right on the bay. Wonderful waterfront bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor space on the water. Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean with a view of the water and little stairway off our balcony to the rooftop deck. Owner was welcoming and friendly. Would defenitely stay here again.”

Here are a list of my complaints: 1) they could not provide a key card for my door, so the man at the front desk had to let us into the room every time we needed access to our hotel room. 2) next, I got a bruise on my hip within the first 10 seconds of entering my room because the doors to the hotel rooms have such a quick rebound on the self closure. If you require a handicap accessible door, good luck. 3) the comforters in our room had cigarette butt burns in……

“Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. ”

“I stayed here for one night and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The water had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to shower or even brush my teeth. The shower drain did not work properly, causing water to collect instead of draining. The bed was also noisy and made sounds whenever I moved. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations and did not feel like a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.”
