“We enjoyed our time at this very nice place and good location. Our one issue was getting access to the room when we arrived. We tried for 2 hours to connect with Ben as per the check in instructions but could not reach him, nor leave a phone message. We even tried to text message him, but no response. Not sure if he didn’t realize his place was booked or if it is growing pains with vrbo. If this access issue gets improved significantly this will be a great place.”

“The property was very nice and the location was great for visiting both Salem and Boston. Unfortunately the listing on VRBO wasn't accurate as to what the property was. When the host was contacted about the discrepancy a full refund was offered. We did not take him up on that and stayed anyway. The listing was changed in VRBO almost immediately after I brought up the issue. All in all we had a great time in the area and I would recommend visiting to anyone.”

“We spent the weekend of the 4th at Ryan’s place. It worked really well for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. We didn’t spend a lot of time there because we had more family nearby hosting most of the family events. But the place has pretty much everything we needed. There are lots of incidental things that came in handy. A gate to close off the stairs was great for the little kids and the fact the whole place has a/c was really great with the heat that……

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”
