「Official check in time was 4pm but I really needed to check in earlier to attend a funeral. Because there are no humans at the hotel, everything has to be done either over the phone or by text. Slowed down the process. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 1.5 hours before I could get into my room. Also the hot water took more than 10 minutes to come out of the shower and sink.」
