“We had pre-booked a twin bedded room; when we arrived, it was a double; the receptionist tried to move the beds apart but couldn't as there was a double fitted sheet keeping them together. He thought that moving the beds would be acceptable until we pointed out that there was only one base sheet and one duvet ! We asked for someone to change the beds before we accepted the room: this took a long time. The receptionist was not very friendly: we knew that we had to pay 1 euro tourist tax but he……

“Alles hat super geklappt. Obwohl wir erst spät angekommen sind, konnten wir dank kontaktlosem CheckIn problemlos direkt in die Unterkunft. Sehr saubere und sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage war für uns auch gut. Die Bushaltestellen sind nicht weit und mit geschlossenem Fenster zusammen mit der Klimaanlage war der Straßenlärm auch kein Problem.”
