poor cleaning service
"The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! "In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still ..."
