「The front desk was enthusiastic and patient, the check-in was fast, and the breakfast was delicious」

「The Microtel was a nice side of the road overnight option for our family of 4. Price was a bit on the high side however it was a Saturday night. Breakfast was quite good, the standard fare. Pool was nice but area needs significant care & maintenance. Some renovations are taking place & dust is evident. Staff was great. Welcome gift was a nice touch. A good cleaning & update is needed.」

「The pool steps have a huge spot of broken concrete. So dangerous. The door to our room was broke so we had to swipe the card, pull the handle and kick the bottom door then it would open. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub In the room and didn’t get it. They were all sold out. Hot tub needed a lot more water in it. Do not go by the pictures of the room you want to pay for. You won’t get it. Staff was friendly. No towels in the pool, hot tub area. The hotel staff brought us 2. We did not eat...

「The room smelled like mold」

「Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.」

「you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?」
