「Great weekend stay at the resort - facilities were okay, room very big and spacious, aircon was cold, nice size bathroom. Restaurant is nice and simple, food was good enough. Plants though were dry all around, staff said it’s due to the heat. I’m sure it’s nice when it gets lush and green. Could use a little bit more cleaning in the outside and surrounding areas. 」

「At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend.」

「Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. 」

「Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.」

「The owner and the caretaker are really great. The place is safe and clean. There is a free futon mattress. The location is near the highway and there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby.」

「When we first arrived i was concerned about the hotel, but after goinsude and seeing the heritage i was sold. The room is good, the bed comfortable. Swimming pool is great. The food delicious and the staff delightful A little overpriced but given the staff and the food it is well worth staying there!」

「I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. 」
