「Was beautiful time for our stay」

「The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. 」

「Great place. Added a window AC unit to help in summer. (There was a review about no AC which they have resolved) plenty of places to sleep if you have your family. A pull out on the couch plus they have a roll away. And they had coffee for the brewer which was nice!」

「Very nice place, spotless, not fancy but well maintained. Beautiful tumbling stream running10 feet from back patio, and super-easy walk to downtown Grand Avenue. It was fairly quiet, but the complex of 8 units was barely occupied. There were quite a few hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc. This is something that most hosts never think to supply. We did not really test the kitchen, but it looked like it was better equipped than most. The usual failing is nonstick cookware that is worn out...
