「More front desk to process check in to avoid long wait」

「Love that I was accommodated over the phone for an early checked in.But, check in was a bit iffy. However, the check out was amazing. Art was exceptional. He kept his cool during the hurdle. Overall, we loved our stay. Thank you so much for the upgrade and the clean room. 」

「這是一個服務品質很好的酒店，從進門口開始起的接待以及警衛、到櫃台的服務人員以及每天在走道上遇到的工作人員，都可以感受到很友善、充滿笑容的服務；該有的設施包含游泳池/健身房也都有，早餐選擇很多，另外我特別喜歡位在頂樓的Lounge，環境好又價格合理。 酒店的對面就是公園，周遭也很多餐廳，算是很方便有很安全的地方！」

「This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.」

「Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. Staff went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service offered by them whether you are in the lobby, buffet/ breakfast place, spa...

「Live concerts just beside at Kinoboy bar. Robinson market at 500 meters. Many snacks, cofee shops and restaurants all around. No water pressure in the bathroom and not very clean. Good and comfy bed. Fair for the price 」
