「everything is ok」

「Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in...

「We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.」

「Staff was wonderful. Especially Madison and the manager. So helpful, patient and accommodating. We were very disappointed in the room we got. I think it was the last room to accommodate for people in the spring break week. I did not know such a room existed as in my many states I have always been in the front row of cottages. The four of us cousins and sisters are in our 70s and the stairs down to the room and down to the second bedroom in the room. We’re very hard to navigate. We were also...
