「飯店房間非常非常潮濕,地板會濕的那種, 玻璃也蠻髒的. 唯一不錯的是旁邊就是SM mall可以方便採買」

「Super nice」

「Since it’s a newly opened facility, there are still some things that needed to be worked out. The super friendly staff is one of the hotel’s redeeming quality. Rooms are clean, staff is super attentive to my requests and inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place. Front desk staff」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Magnificent Honeymoon Savior – Truly a Home Away from Home! After a disappointing experience with our initial accommodation that was not up to par for our honeymoon, MaxStays completely came to our rescue! From the moment we arrived at the Max Pavilion @ The Venice Residences, we knew we were in good hands. The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. What stood out during...

「Host was amazing, quick response and easy to communicate with」

「It was okey, it needs extra bed」

「This Cozi property was perfectly situated a couple minutes walk away from the Venice Mall. Not too far from the airport but far enough away to not be near a congested area. Beautifully situated with many shops and necessities nearby. The room was excellent for the value and the views from there were amazing!!!! I will definitely be returning and hope to get the same unit again! Thank you Cozi!!」

「Owner friendly ,microwave didnt work told on first day never came to check it but it was sparking apart from that no issues 」

「Good luck getting ahold of anyone if you’re not physically there. Messages went ignored. Absolutely terrible customer service, with so many options out there I would definitely stay away from this one. 」

「These are disgusting people who post their property on Expedia.com and then you after the fact, confirmation from Expedia, they tell you that property it’s not available, and when you send them a copy of itinerary, they tell you just ask for a refund and book another property. Blatant disregard for customers, and good care ask about leaving stranded. Don’t ever book this property, they will be restrained.」

「The host never responded to me, I had some difficulties checking in because she never communicated to me how to check in. While being in the room, I could smell the room not being cleaned, and I ended up being right when I opened the fridge(not working) with a live roach. Not only that, the bathroom has a smell that I couldn’t describe, I have sensitive smell that I could smell when it’s jot maintain cleaned. It was really upsetting and very uncomfortable staying there and while I was staying...
