Family time

We had great family time. The house is in a great location. Stocked pretty good. Better for us if no bunk beds. Grandson is 6’3Pro VB player, so hang over the sides. New mattresses would be nice too. Loved the HOA beach and facilities.

Lovely condo and complex

Great place—exactly as advertised. Bunk beds a little on the small side, so better for younger children. Would definitely stay again!

Great location overall and a nice condo. Would visit again.

Clean, great view of the lake from the condo community area. Easy check in & check out. Nice home for a week.

Amazing place!

The place was exactly how it was described and had everything we needed! It was close to alot and was the perfect size for 6 of us. Only issue was the electricity went out due to wild fires from Sunday at dinner until 3 am which was out of the property managers control but did text them and never heard back. I found out from facebook the electric company shuts off all electricity due to wildfires. Regardless, place is nice and we would definitely stay again!

Tahoe stay

We enjoyed our stay as the place was close to ski resorts around Tahoe City. However, there are a few things that can be improved: the unit had no fireplace because it was removed and replaced by a decorative version of a fireplace which did not generate any heat and was quite useless. Should I known that the place lacks a fireplace we probably would not have stayed there. Also, the entire HVAC system made the downstairs rooms very hot while the rooms upstairs were not warm at all. Perhaps a fireplace on the second floor could have helped! Also the air filter for HVAC was VERY dirty and needs to be replaced. Thanks

Nice condo

The condo worked very nicely for us during our stay in Tahoe City. It was conveniently located to hiking trails and town. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Great Summer Outdoor Adventure

Rocky Ridge is an excellent summer getaway complete with plenty of outdoor activities for all ages (pool almost to ourselves, tennis courts, hiking path, stunning view from the pool). This unit was perfect for our family of 5 (with plenty of space for more). Unit was clean, beds were comfy, towels a bit scratchy and only one bathroom with liquid soap in the shower (one bathroom missing soap on the sink too). We did catch a baby mouse when it started scratching at the inside of my daughter’s travel bag at 12:30 am. But I suppose mice are a typical problem in this environment. We simply let it go outside and went on with our lovely stay. Highly recommend this property.

Clean but NO VIEW of the lake, as advertised.

Spacious, clean condo that was very comfortable. However, the only reason we booked it over others was because it was advertised as having a view of the lake. There was no view of the lake. We were very disappointed, and felt cheated. Also, the property manager should have mentioned that there might be mice in the condominium. I guess mice are common this time of year in Lake Tahoe. However, the property manager was very responsive.
