Room is a little small, very tight for 2 queen beds. Beds are comfortable, but need to request more pillows. Location is convenient to shopping. It’s close to Coty Link and Lalaport shopping mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location, it's close to Nangang train station, easy access to MRT, TRA, and HSR. Lots of construction in the area, it's an up and coming area. Restaurants are in the mall next to the station. Room for 3 beds is very small, no room to put luggage, no closet. Bathroom is big and clean. Breakfast if average, after 4 meals, gets tiring. Staff at the breakfast is very kind and friendly. We might come back depending on the price.

I stayed at this hotel to attend the Taipei Game Show 2025. This hotel situates within the close proximity of the venue that you can easily walk there in around 10-15 minutes. It's also close to Nangang MRT station with just around 5 minutes walk, so there are plenty of options for food and shopping, too. The staffs are helpful, and the breakfast buffet available is pretty OK as well.

A quality stay at a reasonable price.

Overall a great stay. Clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable price, good selection of western and traditional breakfast. I stayed at 12th floor and can still hear the traffic a bit. I think the windows are not air tight. Be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Most staff work here are above and beyond. I forgot my retainer here and they called me. The person helped me check-in made me feel rushed. The service from other staff made it up, so still 5 stars.

Remember to Bring Shampoo and Toiletries!

Picked this place because it was close to Nangang Station and a couple other places I wanted to visit. The people that helped us check in were extremely rude but the people who took over during mid-day and at night were very courteous and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was turned up way too high and anybody coming here should 100% bring their own soap and shampoo. The in-house shampoo they provided smelled like a dentist’s office and made me smell worse coming out than I did going in. The location is a bit of a walk from the MRT but nothing too outrageous. If you’re looking for something in the Nangang area I would definitely recommend it if you want something close to the convention center but not so close that your paying exorbitant prices.

It is a 13 minutes walk to the convention center. Price is pricey for the type of hotel I got but I guess it is really the location. The hotel is a little run down but I guess they keep pretty clean. If I didn’t go to the cenvention center I would not book this hotel
