Unique Western style hotel in the middle of the city with close proximity to the railway station and an opera house. The area is quiet and serene. Access is convenient and parking is abundant and easy. Very romantic - we walked in to a grand French inspired banquet hall with red carpet staircase and high ceilings, decorated with beautiful chandeliers. The breakfast is delicious with a large spread of Western and Japanese options. The room itself is a bit small, but the beds are some of the...

Neat, very polite and friendly staff

It’s new but the communication needs to improve.

Best spring hotel so far. My wife didnt eat beef and they changed the entire dinner menu for her. Excellent service.

All the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is truly special and delicious. This is the best onsen hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Considering the service and the quality of the food, it’s absolutely worth it!

Hot spring very good
