"professional staff that was very helpful in helping me in receiving and sending my luggage bags. the hotel was very nice, with clean rooms and a atmospheric lobby. the hotel itself is in a quiet area, but still close enough to walk to the busier areas and especially close to popular temples and other similar areas. when needing to go further distances both bus and train were easily accessible. this is my second time at this hotel and my preferred option everytime I'm in Kyoto "

"Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of small cafe and restaurants options. About a 8 min walk to subway. I’d stay there again if I stay in Kyoto. The hotel room was very spacious and very clean. My family enjoyed our stay very much."

"This hotel was perfect for our needs and our trip of 3 days. 3 double beds for 4 people. Room was big, comfortable, impecable clean and well equiped. Easy access on a quiet street but with food options around. The staff was welcoming and always nice, they provided free bottles of water and clean the room while we were there even tough they have a eco cleaning days system. I defitenely recommend this hotel if you stop in Kyoto. "
