「Everything was either broken or didn’t work! The fridge worked but most shelves were missing. The oven had no shelves! The extractor fan was broken and didn’t work. Initially the aircon didn’t work - once fixed it was fine. The wi-fi login information was incorrect - I looked at the router label for the correct details. There were no plugs in the bath, basin or kitchen. The front door had one broken hinge and was hanging askew. Someone started with a hammer drill in the room above at 10.30 at...

「The hotel has beautiful views and direct access to both rocky and sandy beach areas. The staff are friendly and warm, atmosphere good. My room was clean and comfortable, and had an outstanding sea view. Breakfast with a sea‑view terrace is a highlight, and overall the hotel provides good value for money. In my view it is best suited for travellers seeking relaxation rather than nightlife, thanks to its quiet, scenic location.」

「Had a short but sweet stay here whilst attending a wedding in the Coral bay area. This hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Victoria in particular was very helpful as we had some flight issues coming and going. Would highly recommend.」

「The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment.」

We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly! 「The view was amazing, I booked a garden view and was given a view of the sea, pool and mountains further away. The area was quiet and a short distance to the beach where there are lots of surfers. The pool was very shallow for swimming in and like a warm bath with the heat warming it up. Apartment was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds. 「We stayed only one week and really enjoyed our holidays. We had spacious studio flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Comparing to other places we stayed in the past this by far is one of the best for its price and what you get. The pool is about 20 meters long which was perfect for me as I do regular to swimming. Next to the pool there is playground area for kids as well as nice bar. The owners are super friendly and helpful in every situation. We highly recommend this...

「Dafür, dass es ein 5 Sterne Hotel war, hat und der Flair gefehlt und nicht den Eindruck eines 5 Sterne Hotels gemacht. Machte den Eindruck nach Masse. Zum sitzen beim Frühstücken eher ungemütlich. Hotel ist sauber. Da gab es nichts! Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Fitness, sehr Sperrlich ausgestattet.. Hotel ist weit weg vom Schuss, von Restaurants und sonstiges. Zim Glück hatten wir ein Auto. Parkplatz gab es genügend.」
