「Len provided me with an outdoor table and extra chairs so I could have dinner outside with my family because one had the flu. So wonderful to be able to socialize with everyone without risking getting the flu! House was very comfortable and well supplied. Close to downtown and hiking. Off street parking for one car. Thank you so much!!!」

「The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned.」

「I was able to have early check in. The private bathroom off the main room was tiny. Coffee and cocoa were nice. The beds were comfy but the accent lights didn’t work and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Price and location were nice.. may book again.. spider webs outside 🤔😊」

「This is a WONDERFUL place to stay at during a visit to Ashland. Perfect for two adults. Four would be tight, but workable if you know each other well. The place was clean and well prepped. Easy walking distance to the OSF theaters as well to the Railroad area for Noble coffee and additional food opportunities. Sarah, one of the owners, was quite helpful and extremely friendly. This is one of the best places to stay in Ashland. 10 out of 10 rating! We have already signed on to come back next...
