“This is a nicely restored vintage motel. The rooms are styled midcentury but with modern appliances and fixtures. They are also clean. I recommend it for anyone looking for a unique travel experience other than the big chain hotels and motels. The location is a little under 1 mile from the Oregon Shakespearian Festival so walkable for some.”

“The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. The facility is nicely located for all we did in Ashland for the weekend, very walkable. The breakfast was robust and well stocked, offering gluten free and dairy free options. The bed was comfortable and slept well, the noise level was minimal. The reason for the lower rating was cleanliness of the room itself. When we arrived, I went to wash my hands and there was dental floss on the……

“Good clean room. Very basic. No amenities but good value for someone traveling alone that just needs a place to sleep. Good location about 8 minutes from downtown.”

“We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount……
