「This was one of my favorite places I visited this year , I was so please with everything. Property felt so well taken care of , amenities perfect! Love you can use the beach chairs from other properties. The location is spot on from restaurants and bars. Im coming back! Parking perfect! 「The hotel and property is great mainly because it’s new. However you must be careful to ask what side your room is facing because “beachside” means to most people that you are getting a room that faces the beach. Not so with their meaning of beach side. “Beachside” for them is a room that faces the street where cars pass by. “Beachfront” means you are getting a room that faces the beach for them. So be careful and sure to ask what you are getting as I was fooled. 」

「Could have been a little more clean, there was sand still around places. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick. 」

「We enjoyed the stay! Comfortable beds, beach gear, pool was directly adjacent to the apartment. You could see pool to keep eyes on kiddos swimming from kitchen, but could also hear the noise from pool with one of the bedrooms facing pool area. It was a short walk to beach and had water hose out front to rinse sand. We got there a little before check in and had no issues getting inside. Location perfect. 」

「Can't beat the location. The wraparound balcony right across from the beach is wonderful! The owner has provided literally everything you'll need, especially in the kitchen. We only stayed for 3 nights, but it's very suitable for a longer stay. Nice that there are 2 parking spots.」

「Place was perfect for a quick 3 day getaway! Hosts replied promptly to any questions I had, location was great, comfortable bed. Parking is a little tight but they say that from the start so I just kept it parked and walked everywhere. Would stay here again and would recommend!」

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
