The entrance to each villa is secure and private with a doorbell located on the outside for guest use. Upon entering a villa at Cerca del Mar, you will encounter a tropical garden or, perhaps, a water garden. No matter where you are in the villa, you will have a view of either an indoor or outdoor garden, which truly brings the tropics indoors. The Great Room is surrounded by both indoor and outdoor landscaped gardens and opens to the pool terrace. The custom-designed kitchen offers American-style appliances including a dishwasher, oven, cook center stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal. The outdoor dining area just off the kitchen is covered by pergola and has a ceiling fan and gas grill. The Master Bedroom is also surrounded by landscaped gardens and offers a covered terrace for your enjoyment. The Master Bath has cast stone double sinks and opens to more tropical gardens. There is a built-in dressing area and access to the laundry facilities, a true convenience. Upstairs, you will find the Mirador-Bedroom Suite that gives you a view of the blue waters of the Pacific. A full bath with an indoor garden and a wet bar make this room a great place for entertaining. The third bedroom also has a full bath and the shower opens to another interior garden. The pool and patio areas in the Villas Cerca del Mar are completely landscaped and offer comfortable seating. The sound from the outdoor fountain relaxes the body and pleases the soul, as does the sound of the surf from the ocean.
