VBM1: Beachside Cottage Steps from the Shore

This adorable cottage in a beachside setting is located in a gated complex and features a community pool and security gate. This single family, fully furnished home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. In addition you have a garden in the back of the home and palm covered patio with outdoor dining area. This is a short walk from Playa Tamarindo and the vibrant town center, it boasts an ideal location with many amenities in walking distance.

This is the perfect home for family or friends who want to be close to all of towns` amenities. This adorable community is unique in the area and is home to only 10 charming private beach cottages.

This cozy space is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home! Both bedrooms have queen size beds, plenty of closet space and the master bd has a en-suite bathroom. There is a second full bathroom in the hall for the 2nd bedroom. In the front of the home you can enjoy a spacious palm covered patio with dining table to eating al fresco or working.

Villa Mariposa is located a few steps away from the famous Thursday Moonlight Market, pharmacies, ATM, super markets, and restaurants. The beach is close walking distance and there is space in the garden to store your surfboard, area for private parking, BBQ and much more.

The Thursday night market offers music, local artisans selling crafts and clothes, amazing food and drinks. It`s a good time for all ages!

Guests have private access to entire home.

- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm

•⁠ ⁠Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
•⁠ ⁠Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
•⁠ ⁠In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
