Clothing Optional Studio in Paradise Lakes Resort nudist community

Studio located in the Paradise Lakes Resort Nudist Community. The studio is idea for short term visits within our 71 acre community which has 571 units (houses, condos, townhouses, manufactured homes, and RV parking. The studio is located in the condos known as the fountains which has 71 units within it. A person or couple can be nude anywhere within our gated community but does not have to be As we are a clothing optional community, it is your choice to wear as much or as little as you want. Our fountains subsection has a patio where you can layout to work on that overall tan or Barbarque your dinner.

The studio has a plush pillow top king size bed for your comfit. The studio has its own bathroom, private entrance and lani. The studio contains a small limited kitchen area consisting of a half frig, toaster oven, microwave, griddle, skillet, George Forman Barbarque, blender and coffee Machine. We provide free bottle water and coffee for your usage. There is also an initial quantity of various soda types. The bedroom portion of the studio has a 40” high definition TV with cable channels.

The studio comes equipped with everything you may need to enjoy you stay. The kitchen area has a set of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. it also has disposable plates and cups to save you from washing dishes. There are beach towels for your use at the Paradise Lakes Resort Club. Should you want to head over to the Pinellas County beaches like Clearwater, there are 2 beach chairs available for your use. There is a hair dryer, makeup mirror and iron / ironing board.

The studio is located on the second floor of the building but there is a full service elevator to bring you to the second floor.


The Studio visitors can pay the day fees for use of the Paradise Lakes Resort Club. The club has a sports bar, a nightclub, gym, Ballard tables, main pool, 2 volley ball pools, a heated conversation pool and hottub. The club and Pools are open from 9AM to midnight for your use when you pay their day fee. Activities include pickle ball, water volleyball, dances, karaoke Texas Holden, etc You are only charged the resort fees on days that you want to make use of the club.

The 71 acres of the community have private roads and pathways where many walk daily nude for exercise. You have free access to any area not part of the Club itself. The studio door uses a digital lock that you select to code for. The studio has a private parking space assigned to it so you never have parking problems. A gate pass provides your access to the gated community after you arrive. The owners are on site at least half the time in a condo next door to assist you with any needs or questions.

There are several other nudist communities locate nearby called Caliente and Como.

We require our visitors to be over 21 years of age as the club does not allow anyone younger than that in at anytime. There is no smoking in the studio or lani. As we are a short term only rental, there are no stays longer than 30 days. Also, please be aware that the lowest the temperature in the studio can be set at is 74 degrees. This is due to a design flaw in the ac between the studio and the condo next door.
