Less than 1 Mile from Raymond James. This newly renovated family home is 2100 sq ft 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The large backyard hosts a grill with plenty of space to eat outside or play cornhole. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies necessary for your vacation. There is 70" TV in the living room and a pool table, workout area in the game room. The house can handle 10+ if you want to cram in. Wifi 500 Mbps Down. Pool heating is available upon request. ENJOY

The place was convenient walking distance to the stadium but I wish it was a little closer. Its a 20 minutes walk depending on your ability. We didn’t avail of the swimming pool as we have other activities but it looks very inviting. All in all it was a good experience and I will recommend it for those who want to attend events at the Raymond James stadium.

The house is in prime location for the Buccaneers game.
The house was more spacious than we expected, 4 beds and 3 baths.
Outside area was great for chilling out and relaxing.

Convention Stay
Stayed at the property while attending a convention. The property was as listed the area was nice and the property sat in the middle of everything. We had adequate number of towels and the pool was relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Great Rental Home
My team of 5 was here for a business/charity event and this place met our needs and then some! It was clean, had lots of room, and the pool and pool table were definitely nice to have! We return every year around this time for this same event and would love to continue staying here!

Amazing Location
Loved the house. Incredible location. $10-15 Uber rides to anywhere. Pool was refreshing break from the beach (if you prefer that.) Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We were in town for a leadership conference so this was a good value for the location and space. However the pool area is in need of a major update. Pool deck bricks are loose and the pool itself needs resurfacing. The fence surrounding the pool is leaning. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. I give this location a 3 stars because it is located 7 minutes from the Buccaneer stadium and you can’t beat the space for the price.

Very responsive and accommodating host
The property was spacious and great for entertaining friends and family. We enjoyed the heated pool. Gunnar accommodated us at the last minute, and made sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive communication. I would stay again.
