Lovely location

This home is a treat. We loved all the decorations and, of course, the view. Saw a dolphin swim by, fish jumping, sunrise. Two restaurants within walking distance. Caught small snook and snapper. community

Quiet and nicely decorated

Beautiful and quiet community hidden in Ruskin FL. 45 min from Tampa or St. Pete activities. The sunsets on property are postcard Gorgeous. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of towels, but bring your own shampoo, soap or body wash. Coffee pot in unit 517 is a Mr.Coffee drip style in case you were wondering. Worked great, but you need to have your own filters. Wasn't a fan of having to pay to park at the local restaurant (first 3 hrs are validated). But you can walk up the sidewalk no problem in this quiet and safe neighborhood. Will stay here again!

Great location - we had a wonderful experience!

We stayed here for 1 month to visit family and have a vacation. The location is great with views of the boats and wildlife (including dolphins and manatees) and the townhome is comfortable and well decorated. Highly recommended staying here.

Great Family home

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The beach and pool were great for the kids. The bunk beds were awesome. With 4 kids each one had their own bed. The house was comfortable for a family of 6. It was well stocked and a quiet respite from the hot Florida sun. The house was simplistic and minimalistic, which was great for busy kids (less to get broken) and honestly we spent most of our days out and about. It was a nice distance from Disney, Clearwater, and Anna Maria Island. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great long weekend

The townhouse was very attractive, comfortable, and located easy walking distance to the beach, pool, all amenities. Loved the front and back porches. Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable and cute place to stay

I would definitely stay here again. The place was spacious. The kids sure liked the bunk beds. Location was great. A short walk to the beach and tons of grocery stores nearby. We cooked everyday at the condo. There were restaurants nearby as well.

The unit was dirty the floors where disgusting had to clean before my grandson one years old could play on the floor, pulled up the rug in the living room, and there was about 2 inches of dirt underneath it. Couldn’t use the dishwasher because it smelled like something was burning the filter on the microwave was flashing. It needed to be replaced.Also someone may want to look at the lights some work some don’t and some flicker. It was a great location for us and the restaurant was amazing.

A Place in the Sun

Very nice condo in a very nice area. Little Harbor is a fun place for beach, pool, and bars. Condo was spotless and exactly as advertised. Nice furnishings and comfy bed. Parking is the only problem and not the condo or beach bar’s fault. Had a great time!

Comfortable and Very Neat

The townhome is very comfortable, neat and clean, and nicely decorated. The balcony seating and dining table chairs do not sacrifice comfort for cuteness.

Balcony on the river

We had a great time. Love all the balconies. My only complaint was there was no place for two of the four adults to sleep. Bunkbeds are a little uncomfortable.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful home. The cleaning staff does an excellent job also of getting it ready for us. The spare bedroom has twin bunk beds. If you are sharing the house with any other than children that us a bit of a problem. The view is beautiful, the area is clean and the beach and pools are great. I would totally recommend this place .

Great stay so far!

Check-in was easy, the house is very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for my family of five . . . even a pull-out couch we weren't expecting. It would be helpful if there were a notebook with information about the resort, but we figured it out just roaming around. Decent amenities, restaurants and private beach . . . still more for us to explore. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Lil Harbour Condo

Quiet scenic location. Internet and cable with nice size flat screen. 2nd and 3rd floor rear patios with nice views of the river. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 very nice bar/restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful sunsets at the, where else, Sunset Grill overlooking Tamp Bay. Plus, a Publix grocery store only 10 min. away on Rte 41.

My only complainant is there are not enough clean towels. The washer was full of dirty towels when we arrived. Other than that excellent place to stay. Clean, plenty of room and nice atmosphere outside.

Beautiful condo!

My family and I traveled to Florida for a family birthday. We had never stayed and Little Harbor before, and we were very impressed with the property. Our unit was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated/furnished. The rugs looked brand new and helped us to feel safe with our little ones traveling up and down stairs. We loved being able to enjoy the four different balconies. The bunk beds were perfect for my young family. We were very sad to leave and are already talking about wanting to book this unit for our next visit!

As advertised

The home and development was good. Only issue was a house behind the unit was having raging party until 4am with a dj . Not the unit owners fault but still not pleasant when you are trying to sleep. Otherwise everything was as listed and no issues.
