The recent hurricanes destroyed the outdoor gazebo depicted in the photos. This is on order and we are not certain when it will be replaced. Further, the river front dock also sustained some damage and will require repair. Therefore, there is no access to the dock until repairs are made. We are grateful everything else is in working order and the home and land are ready to welcome our next guests.

The backyard oasis beckons, offering a collection of hammocks, a rejuvenating hot tub, a refreshing pool, and a tranquil gazebo, all set against a backdrop of expansive open space. A charcoal grill is also available for your culinary endeavors.

We're dedicated to continuous expansion, committed to providing the ultimate in Florida's warm hospitality. Our ongoing efforts to elevate guest experiences include introducing engaging family and friend bonding games, such as jumbo Jenga, giant timber, and darts, promising hours of amusement.

Upon effortless keyless entry through the front door, you'll step into a spacious living room that boasts splendid views of the pool and river. Throughout the residence, the elegance of Travertine floors is evident. This central area welcomes with a pool table, ping pong table, and an expansive dining table. Additionally, a brand new queen-sized sleeper sofa and a Roku-equipped flat screen TV await your enjoyment. Complimentary WiFi access is, naturally, at your disposal.

The journey continues to the right, revealing a charming kitchen sitting area, perfect for savoring morning coffee or engaging in intimate conversations over dinner. The spacious chef's kitchen is a culinary haven, fully equipped with essentials:

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find yourself beneath a cathedral-like ceiling bathed in Florida's golden sunshine through plentiful windows. This area is home to a second queen-sized sleeper sofa and a Roku-equipped flat screen TV with a Hulu subscription. To the left, the second bedroom awaits, an inviting haven for all, especially children. Here, two full-sized beds offer ample sleeping space. Just outside, a full bathroom featuring a double sink and a tub ensures convenience.

Outside the sliding glass doors on this floor, a vast wrap-around deck reveals captivating river views. A dedicated sitting area, and sun loungers invite relaxation. Back indoors, straight ahead leads to the master bedroom, a haven of privacy. The master bedroom is an oasis of its own, housing a King-sized bed, a coffee bar, and a comfortable lounge for indulging in coffee or literature. The en suite full bathroom is adorned with a jetted tub and a spacious walk-in closet. The master bedroom indulges further with a decorative fireplace (non-functional), French doors that open onto the deck, and an adjacent outdoor sitting area that embraces nature's finest. Also on the second floor, just beyond the master suite, lies the laundry area complete with a washer and dryer.

Continuing upwards to the third floor, a cozy nest awaits to the left, complete with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. Impressive views of trees and the front lawn enhance the ambiance. The third floor also reveals the second master suite, a private and spacious sanctuary. This domain features a king-sized bed, a private en suite full bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and a serene sitting area boasting breathtaking river views.

The outdoor amenities are countless. Our fenced estate spans almost an acre, resting alongside the river and adorned with lush greenery, flora, and grass. Springtime brings the joy of picking and savoring the fruit from our loquat trees – a delectable experience not to be missed. The second-floor's expansive wrap-around deck offers an array of seating options, as previously mentioned. The first-floor outdoor patio beckons with a table, hammocks, a hot tub, pool, and a gazebo. The fenced yard ensures privacy.

Our estate enjoys proximity to I-4, I-75, and 275. We are mere minutes from Busch Gardens, USF, and Moffitt. The airport is less than 30 minutes away, while beaches and Disney are reachable within an hour's drive.
