Location was perfect, House Accommodated everyone

I was unsure of the location due to not knowing the area well, but it was the perfect distance to everything we needed. We had a very large group and it fit everyone perfectly. Two kitchens, two laundry rooms and the kids had a blast in their themed play room. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great home base for our playoff trip

This house was awesome! Plenty of rooms and the home theater room was nice to be able to watch the playoff games. The home had everything we needed, would be great for a family travelling with kids.

Great Place to Stay and Play!

This was an awesome stay for our large family. We had grandparents, aunts, cousins, teens, kids, and infants, and it was the perfect place to stay. There was so much to do that we never hear “I’m bored” from the kids/teens. We had grandparents stay in the in-law section (2 beds, 1-1/2 bath with its own kitchen, living space, and washer/dryer). That was nice so they could get away from the kids and noise when they got tired. The kids bedroom was obviously a former master suite that had been converted, but it was so fun. Just know there is no door to the shower/tub, so you’ll have to shut the bedroom door for privacy. The pool was the best part- so warm and lovely. We also enjoyed the large dining area to eat all together as a family. The kitchens were well equipped. Everything was clean. There were plenty of trashbags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Even plenty of beach towels for the pool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Exceptional Value

The property is perfect for large groups, whether friends, family, or work colleagues- which was the case for me. Housing a number of non-related adults can get awkward when it comes to everyone having enough space, but this house was perfect. Enough communal space for us to enjoy meals together and have focused working sessions, but also enough rooms for us to each have our own space and be able to decompress without being on top of each other. Had we been traveling with children, my guess is they never would have wanted to leave - all of the on-site activities were a blast. Having two full kitchens and full-sized washer/dyer on site was invaluable as well. The property was immaculate when we arrived, both inside and out. The communication with property management was professional and easy. The proximity to downtown Tampa and MacDill was perfect for our purposes, and there are grocery stores less than 5 minutes away making stocking the full kitchens a breeze. Highly Recommend this property!
